Special students are those who wish to enroll in only 1 or 2 courses without having an official link to the graduate studies program.
Enrollment periods for special students can be checked on the Entry Calendar. The documents required are listed down below and they should be sent to atendepgif@usp.br. Enrollments for special students can be accepted out of the standard calendar exclusively for short courses offered in the middle of the semester.
a. Copy of undergraduate studies transcript;
b. Copy of undergradute diploma;
c. Copy of ID (for foreigner, copy of passport and RNE);
d. Copy of CPF;
e. Formal letter requesting and justifying the enrollement in the course (signed by the student and by advisor);
f. Initial registration form properly filled;
g. Scientific initiation project signed by the student and by the advisor - only applied to IFUSP's undergraduate students.
We remind you that your approval depends on the Committee of Graduate Studies' considerations on your transcripts. The amount of seats offered for the course will also be considered.
We'd also like to inform that due to the great number of enrollments each semester, the Graduate Studies Office usually informs only the students whose enrollments were denied. Therefore, if your documents were sent and you didn't receive any denial, you are properly enrolled.
