The Abstract Submission Instruction:
- Submit your abstract to qopt8@if.usp.br
- Only PDF files will be accepted
- More than 400 and less than 800 words
- Deadline: July 31th, 2016 (for all participants)
- The acceptance will be communicated by email by August 12th , August 23nd 2016
