Postdoctoral Positions in High-Energy Phenomena in Astrophysics

 

Postdoctoral positions are available at Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics, and Atmospheric Sciences - University of São Paulo (IAG/USP), within the Plasma Astrophysics and High Energy group (GAPAE).

 

The aim is to conduct research on high-energy and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) phenomena in astrophysical systems, from stars and compact objects to clusters of galaxies and large-scale structures. This involves the application of analytical and numerical techniques using high-performance computing, as well as active involvement in the CTAO and ASTRI Mini-Array.
