Sets dimensions of simulation box L_x, L_y, L_z and L_zeffective. Units : Angstrom. This keyword is only read if geom = 1.0.

Note: L_zeffective is used at simulation of surfaces. Its value defines a XY slab of thickness (L_z - L_zeffective) where solvent molecules are placed on top of the surface.
