Program

 

In addition to the Scientific Program, the event will offer social activities to promote interaction and networking.

  1. SPEED DATING: We are very glad to motivate a synergistic communication between young students and consolidated Researchers by the activity Speed Dating which will happen on Monday 01/06 at 16:20 pm. Each student is encouraged to chat with up to 6 Professors in around 1 hour. More details will be received by e-mail. Do not loose the chance to increase your networking!
  2. WELCOME COCKTAIL: Please, remember that the Welcome Cocktail will be held in the same hall of our coffee break, at the Instituto Principia, which starts right after finishing the Speed Dating, i.e., Monday 01/06 at 5.30 p.m
  3. CONFERENCE DINNER: Our Workshop dinner will be held in the Restaurant of Pamplona Intercity Hotel, which is in front of the Instituto Principia, starting at 7 pm on Wednesday 03/06. As the Workshop Organization will cover the dinner for all registered participants, we would appreciate you show your badge at the entrance of the Restaurant. We are looking forward to have a very nice and friendly atmosphere besides a relaxing time together.

2) Poster Presentation

Poster Sessions: We encourage your participation in the poster session to extend fruitful scientific discussion.

  • Poster sessions coincide with the coffee breaks, allowing for a relaxed and informal environment to discuss the posters.
  • Posters are expected to be displayed for the entire week, giving attendees ample time to view and discuss them at their convenience.
