  • Open registrations and abstracts:  January 1st
  • Abstract deadline: March 15th
  • Early-bird registration and payment deadline: March 15th
  • Full registration and payment deadline: April 1st

 

 Categories and registration fees:

A) EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

  • All lecturers (*except invited speakers):  R$ 1400.00 (or USD 250)
  • Non-Latin American undergraduates, graduates and postdocs: R$ 670.00 (or USD 120)
  • Latin American and Non-resident in Brazil graduate and postdocs: R$ 250.00 (or USD 45)
  • Brazilian-resident graduate and postdocs: R$ 300.00

B) FULL REGISTRATION (increase of 50 percent in values)

  • All lecturers (*except invited speakers):  R$ 2100.00 (or USD 375)
  • Non-Latin American undergraduates, graduates and postdocs: R$ 1000.00 (or USD 180)
  • Latin American and Non-resident in Brazil graduate and postdocs: R$ 380.00 (or USD 68)
  • Brazilian-resident graduate and postdocs: R$ 450.00
