Registration, Fees and Supports

We are delighted to announce that all the selected participants will have their registration fees, transportation, and accommodation expenses fully covered by FAPESP, the São Paulo Research Foundation.  This support ensures that attendees can focus on the event's content and networking opportunities without any financial burden, making it an inclusive and accessible experience for all.

During the registration process students will have to provide the following documents: (1) an abstract of the poster that will be presented (template); (2) a copy of graduate and undergraduate transcripts; (3) curriculum vitae.
