The tables below show approximate values of the measurement intervals of the scattering vector (q) and the correspondent estimate diameter (ϕ, in nm) of the structures to be measured. The values were calculated for the various measurement distances L (in m) of the equipment and for the three available sources, copper (Cu), chrome (Cr) and molibdenum (Mo).
