"Leptonic unitarity test: How to complete the neutrino story?"

Abstract:
I first briefly summarize state of the art in neutrino physics. It appears that lepton CP violation is close to be discovered. The neutrino mass ordering may be in reach in several years. Then, the question might be: how to close the neutrino story? The typical way to verify the 3 nu mixing as the final story is the leptonic unitarity test. Then, the question is how? It seems that the answer is not unique. I will try to explain my understanding, present something new (I hope), and raise some questions about this evolving theme.
