Abstract:
The KSS bound for the shear viscosity-to-entropy density ratio is employed in the fluid/gravity correspondence setup, to provide a theoretical bound for the post-Newtonian parameter in the CasadioFabbri-Mazzacurati black string solution that matches the observational/experimental bound. The CasadioFabbri-Mazzacurati-AdS black brane is shown to converge to the Schwarzschild-AdS black brane, for sufficiently high order expansion of the dual boundary energy-momentum tensor.
