Abstract:
It is presented a brief review of recent NMR molecular order and dynamics studies in the nematic phases of chromonic liquid crystals. For comparison recent results obtained in the Nc, Nb and Nd phases of some lyotropic liquid crystals are also presented and discussed. In addition, some molecular order results obtained from 25Na and 1H NMR spectra are also discussed.
