Resumo:
We discuss the ideal relativistic hydrodynamic limit of a medium whose constituent degrees of freedom have microscopic polarization. We describe the systems where this limit might be relevant, and the differences w.r.t. the usual hydrodynamic limit. We then use Lagrangian methods to derive the counterpart of Euler's equations, and discuss the resulting dynamics and the physical consequences. Preprints in arXiv.org: 1701.08263 and 1703.03079.
