Two polypropylene total exhaust fume hoods are available for chemical processes. The photolithography hood on the left is equipped with two hot plates, one spinner and an ultra pure water system. In the center, the fume hood is set for general use such as chemical corrosion with acids, developing, cleaning, etc.. Both hoods are also set with filtered water, N₂ gas, dry compressed air and vacuum.
