Surface profile of the photoresist layer is done by Taylor Hobson's profilometer (model Form Talysurf 50). Roughness properties like the thickness of the layer, as well as the rate and depth of chemical corrosion, are estimated from a one-dimensional horizontal scan (up to 50 mm) and a vertical scan up to 1 mm.
