Descrição:
A photoluminescence setup makes it possible to analyze samples between 300 and 2200 nm with a 100 mW diode laser (@660 nm) and Si detector (300-1100 nm), InGaAs detector (600-2200 nm), Ge detector cooled with N2 detector (800-1900 nm) or GaAs photomultiplier cooled by thermoelectric Peltier Effect (300-900 nm). Measurements can be carried out between 77 and 300 K in an optical cryostat.
