Segregation Calculator is a spreadsheet that allows the user to estimate the segregation coefficient R and draw segregation profile of In atoms during deposition of InGaAs or during capping of a layer containing In atoms (for instance GaAs over InGaAs). All the calculations are performed using the empirical model of Muraki et. al..
