The rapid thermal processing system from Allwin21 Corp., model Accuthermo AW 610 RTP, is used to convert thin metal films into alloys capable of producing ohmic contacts. The system offers automatic heat control of samples sizes up to 6”, with steady state temperatures up to 1200℃ and ramp rates up to 100℃/s.
