Laboratory of New Semiconductor Materials - Institute of Physics of USP (2015)

We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdocs, to work in the field of nanotechnology applied to solar cells (collaboration with CNR in Italy), quantum cascade lasers (collaboration with the University of Princeton in USA), and infrared photodetectors (collaboration with INL in Portugal).
