
Ricardo Donizeth dos Reis holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD in Physics from UNICAMP, having completed his doctoral research in collaboration with the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS). He conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics. Between 2017 and 2026, he was a researcher at LNLS/CNPEM, where he led the EMA group and participated in the development and implementation of the EMA beamline at Sirius. In 2025, he obtained his Habilitation (Livre-Docente) from UNICAMP and is currently an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (USP). His research focuses on the study of superconductivity, magnetism, and other emergent phenomena in quantum materials, utilizing high pressures, synchrotron radiation, and advanced instrumentation. He is a member of the Executive Committee of AIRAPT and the Board of the Brazilian Crystallographic Association (ABCr).
