The Program may offer financial assistance to students or advisors for only one event within a year, to participate in symposiums, conferences, special courses (summer or winter courses), field trips made to collect research material or data, or other activities related to the graduate courses. Expenses covered are those proven through receipts or invoices issued by legal entities, related to event registration, ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Airfare expenses are not covered.
