Graduated in Physics from Unicamp (2005), Master's degree in Physics from Unicamp (2007) and PhD in Physics from the University of Oklahoma (2011). Between 2011 and 2014 he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematical Physics at the University of São Paulo. Currently I am a Professor at the University of São Paulo (USP). I have experience in the area of ​​particle physics with an emphasis on searches for new physics at the LHC.

Bárbara's research focuses on the foundations of quantum theory—particularly contextuality, nonlocality, and their applications in quantum information and computation. She advises students at all levels and supervises postdoctoral researchers, with publications in high-impact journals and books. She participates actively in national and international scientific events, serves as referee for major journals, and sits on the editorial board of Physical Review X Quantum. Bárbara is also deeply engaged in science communication, contributing to media programs (TV Gazeta, Estado de São Paulo, Folha de São Paulo, Jornal da Globo, UOL, among others) and giving talks at outreach events such as Papo de Física and the ILP-FAPESP Science and Innovation Cycle.

Eduardo has a degree in Physics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009), a master's degree in Theoretical Physics (PSI) - University of Waterloo (2011), a PhD in applied mathematics and theoretical physics - University of Cambridge (2015), post-doctorates at the University of Oxford (2015-2018), University of California, Davis (2018-2021) and Harvard University (2021-2024). He is currently Professor at the Physics Institute of the University of São Paulo. He has experience in the area of ​​Theoretical Physics, with an emphasis on Field Theory, String Theory and Twistor theory.

Gabriel works on scattering amplitudes in gauge and gravity theories; classical and quantum gravitation; inflationary cosmology; and general theory of elementary particle physics and fields and string theory. He is currently a Research Productivity Fellow from CNPq - PQ-B and has a Research Grant - Young Researcher FAPESP.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Buenos Aires (1987) and a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1993). He is currently a Full Professor at the Physics Institute of the University of São Paulo. He has experience in Elementary Particle Physics and Fields, working mainly on the following topics: Standard Model of Particle Physics, Theories Beyond the Standard Model, Theories with Extra Dimensions, the origin of fermion masses; construction of theories beyond the Standard Model, phenomenology of theories beyond the Standard Model, at the LHC and other experiments.

He has 56 articles published in high impact factor international journals, including 5 in Physical Review Letters. His articles have more than 7500 citations, according to Google Scholar (h=42), and more than 3300 citations according to Isis Web of Science (h=31). In 2008 he received the Guggenheim Fellowship Award. During 2009 he was a Ben Lee Fellow at Fermilab National Laboratory. In 2015 he was a member of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton. He is the coordinator of a FAPESP thematic project. Between 2016 and 2019 he was Head of the Department of Mathematical Physics, and from 2019 to 2023 he was Deputy Director of the Physics Institute at USP.

Raul Abramo works in observational cosmology, in particular large-scale structure and galaxy surveys (J-PAS, Rubin LSST, PFS). The main goal is to search for detailed evidence about the expansion rate of the Universe,f dark energy, dark matter, and understanding fundamental physics through the evolution of the cosmos. He has also been recently interested in multi-messenger science, in particular the fascinating new observations of gravitational waves from mergers of binary pairs of black holes and neutron stars.

Marcos holds a bachelor's degree (2001) and master's degree (2002) in Physics from the University of Brasília, a master's degree (2004) and doctorate (2008) in Physics from the University of Chicago. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania (2008-2010) and at the University of São Paulo (2010-2011). He is currently Professor at the Physics Institute of the University of São Paulo, member of the Interinstitutional e-Astronomy Laboratory (LIneA) and member of the international collaborations of the Dark Energy Survey (DES) and Vera Rubin's Observatory Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST). He was a member of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) (2015-2019) and an affiliate member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC) (2015-2020). He has experience in Physics, with an emphasis on Astrophysics and Cosmology, working mainly on the following topics: Galaxy Clusters, Large-Scale Structure, Photometric Redshifts, Gravitational Lensing, Statistical Methods, Modified Gravity, N-body Simulations.

Matthew has a PhD from the University of Washington (2009). He was later a post-doc at IPhT CEA Saclay (2009-2012), at McGill University / Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (2012-2014), and was a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Santiago de Compostela (2014-2015). He started as a junior professor at USP in 2015, and since 2021 he is an Associate Professor. His work focuses on Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collisions, Quark-Gluon Plasma, Quantum Chromodynamics and Relativistic Viscous Fluid Dynamics.

Renata received her BSc from the University of São Paulo (1985), followed by the Part III Mathematical Tripos certificate from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, University of Cambridge (1987), and a PhD from Université Paris-Sud, Orsay, Île-de-France (1991). She is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Mathematical Physics at the University of São Paulo and a Fellow of the São Paulo Academy of Sciences. She served as President of the Scientific Council of the Principia Institute from 2015 to 2022.
Renata has worked for more than thirty years in particle physics phenomenology, with a particular focus on neutrino physics and neutrino oscillations, as well as light mediators and dark matter.

Ricardo's research is mainly focused on operator algebras and their physical applications. More specifically, he is interested in algebraic quantum field theory, KMS states, Tomita-Takesaki modular theory, noncommutative Lp-spaces and related topics. He is also interested in foundations of quantum theory and philosophy of physics.
