
She holds a degree in Physics from the University of Brasília (2003), a master's degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2006), and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2010). Between 2011 and 2014, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Physics at Stony Brook University (USA). In 2014, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at ICTP-SAIFR/IFT-UNESP. She served as an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) from 2015 to 2023. In 2023, she was a visiting professor in the Department of Physics at Stony Brook University (USA). Currently, she is a Doctoral Professor at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (IFUSP) and a Young Researcher FAPESP/Max Planck. She has experience in the field of Physics, with an emphasis on Condensed Matter Physics, particularly in electronic structure calculations, primarily working on the following topics: first-principles computational simulations, DFT, study of water/surface interaction.
