It is with great satisfaction that we announce that Professor Alain Quivy and two of his former doctoral students, Ahmad Alzeidan and Thales Borrely, in collaboration with other researchers, published the article titled 'Influence of carrier localization on photoluminescence emission from sub-monolayer quantum dot layers' in the renowned journal Applied Physics Letters. The work was selected as a highlight of the issue published on September 16, 2024, reflecting the importance and relevance of the research in the field of nanomaterials and photonics
